In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website or through our services, please notify our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent by providing the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
- Terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If we do not receive notice within ten business days that the original complainant is seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the material, we may replace or restore access to the material that was removed.
Misrepresentation
Please note that under applicable law, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability.
Educational Use and Fair Use
We recognize that certain uses of copyrighted material may constitute fair use under copyright law. Before submitting a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use of the material falls under fair use or other exceptions to copyright infringement.

Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
